I'm Still Kickin'
Well, as you can see it has been a while (standard intro. for many blogs). I can give a few sordid details of life:
1. we renovated the bathroom - now it's not just livable, it's fab (thanks A.B.)
2. we are now working with the youth group again (it's so odd being the "old" couple helping - lol... J and K used to be).
3. we now have a new driveway - our tires don't go on the grass anymore
4. we have a new garage door to boot (the price was right! ask if you need the number of this guy, because he does the job for the right (cheap) price)
5. we went WWI and dug ditches that we filled up with limestone to create neat little paths (still in progress)
6. many holes in our ceiling for vents and lighting.
7. working again - loving it but wishing for that vacation all over again
8. Found the pooping deer candy dispenser - very excited for this successful find
9. cleaning out office and extra room (for future use)
10. busy, but still making time to build into our marriage. Life is good. God is great. Amen.

I love those things! If only I could find the pooping donkey cigarette dispenser again...I might have to start smoking (or load it with candy cigarettes).

Typical teacher you are. All summer off no updates, no posts and the week you come back to work you start posting. Are you posting these from work?
no, not from work. we have no internet presently. it's when i get home, sit at my computer, and begin to work on lesson plans... that's when i look for ANY alternative to responsibly preparing for work. of course, i always end up being responsible - sigh...
ps. shhhh - no teacher here...

Jason I have a cigarette pooping donkey not to worry. i made sure i filled that nosalgic void in my life at the first opportunity available.
Oh, and o seasnain, the last i heard an update in your life it was the beginning of summer and things weren't all well. The summer seems to have been extremely productive and you're really moving on and up in the world and I think that's really exciting. Yeah!!!! So, I like this update it makes me happy.
